We thank you for booking your group as part of The Price Is Right audience.  You’ve committed to bringing the above number of people and because of that you will have guaranteed seats if you arrive on time, everyone in your group is at least 18 years of age and everyone has the proper identification that is described below.  We honor this commitment we’ve made to you and hope you will commit back to us by giving us at least two weeks to one month notice to cancel, based on the date you made this booking, if this date isn’t working for your group.  By doing so allows us to offer these seats to others.

Following is some information we hope will make
your visit to our studio and show a memorable experience.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Your group must be present at the above indicated arrival time as this policy is strictly enforced.  In the Los Angeles area, there is a lot of traffic every day during all hours so it’s necessary to allow extra drive time in order to be on time at our studio.  Also, time must be allowed to park your vehicle and walk to our studio from the parking lot.  Upon arrival at the studio, please check in with the Pages in the red jackets.  Any members of your group that arrive late will be admitted to the show on a first come, first served basis, subject to seating availability.

 GROUP ARRIVAL:

Once your group arrives, all of you must stay at the studio to participate in the processing as there is not enough time to check in, leave and return.   During the processing, we have covered benches for your comfort.  The “Processing” consists of checking each audience members’ two forms of I.D., the handwriting of each nametag and a brief interview by the production staff before entering the studio as that is how the contestants are chosen.  For your convenience, we have a snack bar, vending machines, CBS Store, restrooms, ATM machine, etc.  You can bring your own food also.

 WHAT TO WEAR:

Be comfortable and have a sweater or jacket handy as the studio temperature can be cool.  There is no national advertising allowed on T-shirts or jackets while in our studio audience.  Also, there are no “costumes” allowed in the studio. If you have a question about what is considered “national advertising” or a “costume”, please call our office, 323-575-2458.

 I.D.’S REQUIRED:

In order to be considered as a possible contestant you MUST bring TWO forms of identification to the studio such as a driver’s license and something with your Social Security Number on it, such as an insurance card, pay stub, tax return or actual SS card.  If you don’t have proof of your social security number with you it must be supplied within 30 days in order to claim any prizes,   but if you have your social security number memorized, please give it to us.  If you are from outside of the United States and do not have a Social Security card, this will not be required as part of your I.D.  A passport can be a substitute for the driver’s license.

 CANCELLED SHOWS:

Television production schedules are subject to change without notice.  If the show is not produced on the date indicated above, we will endeavor to make arrangements for your group to attend the taping of a show on another date.  CBS shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to any cancellation of the production of the show.  CBS reserves the right to revoke this reservation at any time.

 PARKING:

There is no audience parking on the CBS Lot, however, we suggest The Grove Shopping Center, which is located one block South of CBS on The Grove Drive and is entered off of Beverly Blvd., one block East of Fairfax Avenue. While driving South on The Grove Drive look for the parking structure on your right.  There is a fee for parking at The Grove and we do not validate parking.  Once parked, the studio entrance is on Fairfax Avenue, one block South of Beverly Blvd.  Most street parking in this area is by permit so please read the signs carefully before parking your vehicle if you choose to park on the street instead of the parking structure.  Buses enter on Genesee Street and a CBS Security Guard will direct the bus to the South Drive area for unloading the audience members.  There is handicapped parking for cars and vans available at our lot, entered on Fairfax Avenue, one block South of Beverly Blvd. with a state issued handicap placard.   However, there is no RV or bus parking at The Grove.  If you have questions about parking at The Grove, please call them at 323-900-8080

 CELL PHONES, CAMERAS, BACKPACKS:

Cell phones and tape recorders are not allowed in the studio so if you bring either or both to our studio, Security will check it and give you a claim check in order to retrieve your property after the show.

As there is no photography allowed on the CBS Lot or in the studio, we request that you do not bring any cameras with you; please leave them in your car, van or bus.

Backpacks are not allowed at our Lot or studios so please leave them in your car, van or bus.

OTHER THINGS TO DO AT OR NEAR CBS:

While at our studios, plan a visit to our CBS Store which has CBS show merchandise including “The Price Is Right” t-shirts, hats, magnets, coffee mugs, etc.  Nearby are the Farmers Market and The Grove Shopping Center, which offer restaurants, souvenir shops and other retail stores for your shopping pleasure.
