& Donnau Win $2000 They
Win The Bicycle Playing Cards Ken & Donnau of Los Angeles won 2 out of 3 games in the preliminary rounds. They then swept through the "Sweet 16 Playoffs" to take the West Coast Bid Whist Title. The tournament was one of the events held at the Bicycle Playing Cards Grand Prix Bid Whist Marathon. The event was held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Los Angeles on March 1, 2003. Donnau is a member of the Rise & Fly Bid Whist Club of Los Angeles. Ken is an independent player thinking of joining the Rise & Fly. Congratulations to Ken & Donnau. This tournament had players traveling from New York, Texas, Florida, Nevada, and of course California. We thank all players for participating.
