Reggie & Rob of Washington DC won 2 of 3 games in the Preliminary Rounds, they then swept through the "Sweet 16" Playoffs to take the 2005 Las Vegas Main Event Championship. Reggie & Rob have played in over 17 Main Events tournaments over the past two years, and this is the very first Main Event Tournament Championship. They have also ended the 2005 Bid Whist Tour season with the most points and thus earning their 2nd straight Players Of The Year Award.
The Main Event Tournament was part of the Bicycle Playing Cards
 Las Vegas Bid Whist Weekend  held November 18-19, 2005.
