Lou Williams & Terjuan Lister
from Jersey City, N.J. traveled 3000 miles and took the West Coast Bid Whist Title. The tournament was held during the Los Angeles Grand Prix Marathon on February 9, 2002.

Last year Lou & Terjuan won two Budweiser tournaments. One was held in New York City and the other was held in Baltimore. They compete weekly in the
"The Big Apple Bid Whist League"
in New York City.

Take 2nd Place
Richard Wilford of Las Vegas & Devin Foreman of Los Angeles ended the Preliminary rounds in 10th place and proceeded through the "Sweet 16" Playoffs until they ran up against Lou & Terjuan in the Championship game.

Richard & Devin had a good L.A. Grand Prix Marathon. They made it to the "Sweet 16" Playoffs in 3 of the 4 tournaments held that weekend. They also won a prize for being the first team with two Bostons in the "Friday Night Special". Congratulations to Richard & Devin.
