ABWC Mission

The Austin Bid Whist Club was established in January 1998 to engage in a socially responsible activity, which is enjoyable, challenging and which allows us to financially respond to the needs of others in our community.

We conduct business by Robert Rules of Order and have an executive board: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and a parliamentarian.

ABWC meets every 1st Saturday of each month.  Members take turn hosting the monthly club meetings.  Meetings start promptly at 6:00 p.m. 

We have outdoor gatherings.  we give cash awards for most games won, we give cash awards for most Boston’s and we have annual social events.

W also have committees that you can join: fundraiser, Christmas planning, entertainment and hospitality.
