Timothy & Karen Of The Miami 7 No Bid Whist Club won 2 out of 3 games in the preliminary rounds. Then they swept through the "Sweet 16 Playoffs" to take the Bicycle Playing Cards Miami Saturday Night Fever Bid Whist Championship. The Tournament was held on August 23, 2003 at the Embassy Suites Hotel. This is the first Grand Prix 1st Place tournament victory for this husband & wife team. They also took 2nd Place prize in the Miami Friday Night Special Tournament held the night before. Karen with another partner Chris, took the 1st Place prize in the Los Angeles Grand Prix Friday Night Special Tournament held in March, 2003. Congratulations to Timothy & Karen. |
