Gene & Andy of Miami & New York won all 3 games in the Preliminary Rounds, they then swept through the "Sweet 16" Playoffs, to win the New York Early Bird Special Championship. This team had a good couple of weeks. They also won the $5000 First Place Prize in the
 Miami 7 No Club Memorial Weekend Tournament.

The Early Bird Special was part of the Bicycle Playing Cards New York City Bid Whist Weekend  held  June 2-3, 2006. Congratulations to Gene & Andy
